All projects are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Confidentiality and non-disclosure should be mutual between Client and Design Firm so
that all parties involved proprietary information is protected. Advance Design will consult with
a prospective client to determine project needs for the preparation of a proposal and presentation. Strategic consultation and project planning will be quoted and scoped accordingly. All discussions during consultations, presentations, and proposals are not considered part of the current project
if not included in the final quotation or the project scope.
Proposal/Quote
Quotations are valid for 60 days and are non-binding. Pricing is subject to change upon the full
scopeof the project.
Project Scope
Prior to the commencement of work, all projects will be fully scoped. A contract, or Project
Agreement, will be drawn accordingly. Should the scope exceed the initial quotation, WestEnd
Entertainment Design, Inc. will submit a quotation for approval before proceeding.
Fees
Initial deposit is required before work on any project begins. The balance is to be paid on
completion and acceptance by the client.
